Why doesn't Maleak have a phone number?
Maleak does not have a call center, so we are not able to handle a large volume of calls.
The Maleak brand only operates online, as does our customer service. All networks are managed by humans who will answer your questions quickly and efficiently.

A size guide for men and women is available at the bottom of our home page. We advise you to take one size up in order to be as comfortable as possible.                     

Our main office is located in South West of France, Bordeaux. Our worldwide wharehouses are located in China.

Changing the delivery method

Once your order is placed it's impossible to change it. You have 30 minutes to cancel it by clicking email us at support@maleak.com.

If you put the wrong delivery address, we are not responsible if the order is lost.

Item exchange can be an option if you wish to return a product to us. If for example the size of an item does not suit you, we will exchange it for the same item in the size you want. This always within 14 days after receipt of your order.

The shipping costs will be at your expense.

To do so, contact us at the following e-mail address indicating the number of your order, the product to be exchanged and the new size you want:

Our products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may have to split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.
Please rest assured, if the item is missing, we will resend it for free within the warranty period.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days maximum. You will receive an e-mail confirming you the sending, from this reception, you will be able to take into account the announced delivery times.

The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the delivery (free of charge) take between 7 and 21 working days. We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our merchandise. 

We deliver our products all over the world. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free of charge.

Returns

Online purchases made through Maleak are valid for return within 14 days from the delivery date. Our return center is located in France.
Submit a request for return/exchange on your email and we will try our best to meet your request. Please contact us immediately if you need help.
All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or alternatively get a refund.

Refunds take about 7 days if the order was placed by credit card. Refunds will be immediate if the order was placed via Paypal.
